1,Cutting: The leather will be cut according to the size of the case.
2,Punching: The case body material metal need to be punched into shapes of the cases.
3,Gluing: The leather case body material, and the lining will be glued together.
4,Logo Making: After that, we’ll making logo onto the cut leather.
5,Shaping: Case Shaping is the most difficult processing. We have experienced workers and perfect moulds to finish this job.
6,Cleaning: We carefully clean the case on our production line.
8,Inspection & Packing: The finished products will be carefully Inspected, the inspection standard we follow is AQL 4.0. Our duster products will be packed only after inspection.
